Abstract
Wegener's granulomatosis is a necrotizing vasculitis characterized by respiratory tract involvement and focal glomerulonephritis. Rare presentations include abdominal pain as a result of gut involvement, pericarditis, cardiac arteritis and blindness. Detection of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies should not be used as a substitute for a histological diagnosis. Keywords
