Abstract
The composition of the essential oil of the Balkan peninsula endemic plant Micromeria albanica (Griseb. ex. K. Maly) Silic was analyzed for the first time by GC and GC/MS. The oil, which was present in 0.9% (v/w) yield, was found to contain piperitenone oxide (44.0%) as the major constituent.Keywords
