Surgical treatment of spondylolisthesis by bone grafting and direct stabilization of spondylolysis by means of a hook screw

Abstract
A new method of treating a spondylolisthesis by means of bone grafting and a special hook screw is reported. With this method, the “restitutio ad integrum” of spondylolysis and at least partial reduction of a grade-I spondylolisthesis can be achieved. The surgical technique is simple. Ten patients in our series of 12 showed good or excellent results. Es wird über eine neue Methode der Sanierung einer Spondylolisthesis mittels Spongiosaplastik und einer speziellen Hakenschraube berichtet. Es gelingt mit dieser Methode die „restitutio ad integrum” einer Spondylolyse und — mindestens teilweise — Reposition einer Spondylolisthesis Grad I zu erreichen. Die Operationstechnik ist einfach. Bei 10 von 12 Patienten konnte ein ausgezeichnetes oder gutes Resultat erreicht werden.
