Abstract
The transition moments between the ground state and the rotational state in and have been determined from Coulomb excitation experiments with 10-12-MeV projectiles. Quantum mechanical corrections have been applied to the calculations used in the analysis of the data. The resulting moments are about twice those expected from previously measured deformations.
