Abstract
An ion exchange thin layer chromatography method for the separation of 16 amino acids is described. The effect of the pH of buffer on the resolution of the amino acids is discussed. Development in pH 3.3 buffer at 45°C resolved all the amino acids. The method is particularly well adapted to screening metabolic disorders in neonatal children. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
