Abstract
In this paper we consider the one-dimensional system of a dielectric slab with one type of mobile ions in it, placed between two blocking electrodes. We present an analytical solution for the transient ionic displacement current, neglecting space-charge effects only. The theoretical results show good agreement with experimental results on Na+, Li+, and K+ ion transport in the oxide of metal-SiO2-Si structures. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
