Abstract
An experimental study of temperature-dependent ferroelectric hysteresis phenomena of polyvinylidene fluoride is presented. The temperature dependence of the remanent polarization and coercive field was measured from saturated ferroelectric hysteresis curves with a temperature range 60–130 °C. These data were then compared to a two-site and six-site ferroelectric switching model. Keywords
