Abstract
Of the amino terminal 27 amino acid residues, 21 were assigned in the murine H-2Kq molecule and several additional assignments and corrections were made in both the H-2Kk and H-2Kb molecules. H-2Kk and H-Kq, which are serologically related, have an identical amino acid sequence for all 20 positions that can be compared. The H-2Kk and H-2Kq molecules differ from H-2Kb at only 2 positions-9 and 22. The additional sequence data on the H-2Kk, -Kb and -Kq molecules increases the already striking homology between murine and human transplantation antigens. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
