Abstract
In a survey of 394 children no significant difference was found between the serum vitamin A levels of children with and without folliculosis. The serum carotene values were lower in children with folliculosis. The children of both groups are equally capable of absorbing vitamin A as indicated by their serum levels after the administration of 50,000 and 25,000 I.U. of vitamin A.Keywords
