Abstract
The results of the Shubnikov–de Haas oscillations measurements on CuInSe2 crystals are presented for the first time. The measurements were performed in the temperature range from 1.9 to 40 K in pulsed magnetic field up to 40 T. It was found that the Fermi surface of electrons consisted of one sphere. The values of cyclotron effective masses, the effective mass at the bottom of the conduction band, the interband momentum matrix element and g*‐factor were calculated. Keywords
