Abstract
We present a self-consistent design optimization for nonlinear antiresonant optical waveguides with quasi-phase-matched AlxGa1−xAs multilayer cores. Design parameters for efficient surface normal second-harmonic generation at green and blue wavelengths are obtained.Keywords
