Abstract
Two injection procedures for open tubular liquid chromatography have been evaluated for their ability to directly sample biological components in minute volumes of body fluids. The techniques provided R.S.D.s in peak heights of less than 12% for injections of low nL volumes of human serum spiked with a test compound. A dynamically modified open tubular column was employed to separate the anti-tumor drug doxorubicin hydrochloride and two of its metabolites. Keywords
