Abstract
Red blood cells containing fetal hemoglobin were studied quantitatively in films of peripheral blood by the method of acid elution. Compared to data from the alkali-denaturation method, the results had a correlation of +.79, with a tendency to higher readings with the acid elution method.Keywords
