Abstract
Four chemotypes of Thymus zygioides var. lycaonicus from different localities in Turkey were collected. Their oils were investigated by GC/MS. Geraniol (68.55%), carvacrol (48.14%) and α-terpinyl acetate (36.18%) and thymol (41.75% to 57.18%) were found as the major constituents of the four distinct chemotypes. Keywords
