Abstract
An improved method for the isolation of large and small plasmids from wild-type Gram-negative bacteria has been developed. The protocol combines the lysis and purification procedures of two popular plasmid isolation methods, and produces DNA sufficiently pure for restriction enzyme digestion in less than three hours. Keywords
