Abstract
A study of the urinary output of hypophyseal gonadotrophin, estrogen and neutral 17-ketosteroids of 4 medically normal [male][male] was made over a period of 3 or more mos. Fluctuation in gonadotrophin output was noted when periods of output of several wks. were compared. Fluctuations in estrogen and 17-ketosteroid excretion were seen but showed no relationship to those of the gonadotrophin. The significance of the above findings and of assay technics is discussed. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
