Abstract
Studies were made of the carotene, ascorbic acid, nicotinic acid, Ca, P, glucose, cholesterol, and non-protein N contents of the blood of normal Jersey, Guernsey, and Holstein calves. The results show what might be considered as normal values for calves of the age groups studied. Correlation of the data with age covers the period from birth to 23 weeks of age. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
