Abstract
A modified 51Cr release microassay performed in microtest plates for the detection of tumor-specific complement-dependent serum cytotoxicity against a 4-dimethylaminobenzene induced rat hepatoma D-23 was described. This assay used in conjunction with defined serological reagents should prove of value for the quantitation and characterization of tumor-specific antigens. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
