Abstract
A new homothallic sp. M. africana based on 2 isolates obtained from soil from southern Rhodesia, is described. M. africana differs from M. microspora especially in the shape of its conidia and in the pattern of septation in the conidiophores. It produces zygospores of the Mucor type. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
