Abstract
From the extracts of enzyme- or acid hydrolysed pregnancy urine and urine of newborn infants a new estrogen metabolite has been isolated. On the basis of the physical and chemical characteristics of this compound it is concluded that it is identical with 15[alpha]-hydroxy-estriol (estra-l,3,5(10)-triene-3,15[alpha]f,16[alpha],-17[beta]-tetrol).This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
