Abstract
The 2d reported case of miliary tuberculosis developing during prolonged cortisone therapy of systemic lupus erythematosus is presented, adding further clinical evidence to the observation that ACTH and cortisone may facilitate dissemination of tuberculosis from an unsuspected preexisting focus. Numerous complications of prolonged therapeutic hypercortisonism in this case are also presented. Keywords
