Abstract
Native angiotensins of dog, guinea pig, rabbit, horse, pig and ox were isolated from plasma using homologous kidney extract as the renin source, and their sequences were analayzed by means of amino acid analysis and fluorescent peptide mapping. Angiotensins of dog, guinea pig and rabbit were identical with Ile5-angiotensin I, and the sequences of native angiotensins of the other species were in accord with the results reported previously. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
