Abstract
Egg parasites of the beet leafhopper, Circulifer tenellus (Baker), were found to be present in large numbers in the Imperial Valley, suggesting that they could be an important factor in reducing the beet leafhopper population. Eight species of parasites were found. Anagrus giraulti (Crawford) was the commonest species on sugar beets. Egg parasites were found throughout the year on the principal beet leafhopper host plants and also on host plants of other leafhoppers. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
