Abstract
Fifteen-liter batches of urine of postmenopausal women were processed by chromatography on zeolite. Approximately 200 mg of dry powder, having an activity of about 20 M.U./mg was obtained from each batch. Toxicity was extremely low. In in-tact infant mice, the preparation exhibited only FSH activity. In hypophysectomized rats, there was LH activity as well. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
