Abstract
A simple micro-method for detn. of glycogen in tissues is descr. The tissue is extracted with a soln. of trichloroacetic acid at 100[degree] and the glycogen in the extracts is detd., without previous hydrolysis, by the colorimetric method descr. by Mendel et al (1954). A procedure is descr. by which the glucose can be extracted from the tissue and detd. separately. Keywords
