Abstract
A theory of emission of electromagnetic radiation in a plasma with Langmuir turbulence through the plasma-maser interaction owing to a dissipative nonlinear force is presented. The nonlinear force that arises as a result of the resonant interaction between electrons and modulated fields is shown to drive the instability. The growth rate of the electromagnetic emission is obtained, and the results are discussed. Keywords
