Abstract
The authors derive an implicit form for topological solitons in a sine-Gordon system with a long-range interaction potential of the Kac-Baker type. The soliton width and energy are found to go to infinity as the long-range interaction is increased. The results recover those for the sine-Gordon system with nearest-neighbour interactions. Keywords
