Abstract
Levels in have been populated through the S,3pn) reaction at 106 MeV. The yrast (K=) band has been extended to angular momentum 21ħ. Lifetimes were measured for seven levels by means of the Doppler shift attenuation method. Above the level the band behaves as a near-rigid rotor. The measured B(E2) values are observed to decrease with increasing rotational frequency.
