Abstract
High-spin states of have been investigated through observations of rays produced in the reaction by bombarding an enriched target with 38.0-MeV ions. Measurements were made of -ray singles and coincidence spectra, -ray angular distributions, and -ray linear polarizations. Level energies, decay modes, spins and parities, -ray branching ratios, and -ray radiative admixtures were deduced. There is evidence for a strongly excited quasirotational band.
