Abstract
Nuclear magnetic resonance was used to measure the parameters of the hyperfine interactions of in Dy and Gd. In both compounds the paramagnetic shift exhibits a Curie-Weiss law behavior. The hyperfine field and the quadrupole splitting agree well with the corresponding parameters in the ferromagnetic phase.
