Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 57-year-old man with hepatic cirrhosis and ascites was admitted to the hospital because of the recent onset of proteinuria and microhematuria.The patient was a construction laborer who was disabled by degenerative joint disease of the lumbosacral spine. Five years before admission he came to this hospital because of a nonpruritic rash on his legs that he first noticed three years previously.
