Abstract
A method is described for estimating automatically the diastatic activity of malt. A semi-automatic batch procedure is used for the diastasis stage and the reducing power of the digested starch solution is measured automatically using a reduction-oxidation electrode in a Technicon Auto Analyser system.Keywords
