Abstract
Raman scattering spectra due to ferroelectric soft phonon modes in semiconductive KTaO3 and SrTiO3 are measured at low temperatures. The effect of conduction electrons on the ferroelectric mode frequencies is observed and the results are discussed in connection with other results. Keywords
