Abstract
A single fluorescent antiglobulin prepared by immunizing a goat against rabbit globulin was used in conjunction with specific non-fluorescent rabbit antisera (indirect fluorescent staining procedure) to stain specifically Brucella suis, Pasteurella tularensis, Vibrio comma, and Pasteurella pestis. Small number of cells could be identified in the presence of large amounts of contaminants. Keywords
