Abstract
The binary alloy systems In-Sb, Bi-Te, Sb-Te and In-Te have been investigated in respect of their electrical conduction propertics in the liquid state. Measurements of resistivity, thermoelectric power and Hall coefficient have been made and indicate the existence of strong positional correlation of ions in the liquid state. This occurs for a range of alloy compositions, not only in the stoichionietric phases.
