Abstract
Northern corn rootworm, Diabrotica barberi Smith & Lawrence, beetles from three sites in Iowa and one in South Dakota had LD 50 values for the insecticide aldrin that differed, significantly, from 2.71 to 246.8 µg/g. The difference between geographic populations as seen in field-collected beetles paralleled that in larval and adult progeny reared in the laboratory. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
