Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 34-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of a progressive Central-nervous-system disorder.The patient was born of an uneventful pregnancy and delivery and developed normally in his early years. At the age of 14 years he was a "B" student and participated actively in sports. At about this time his parents began to notice that he walked with a shuffling gait, with his head held erect and tilted backward. If seated on a bench without back support he slowly leaned backward until he fell. He gave up playing the trumpet because of inability to manipulate . . .Keywords
