Abstract
Ten children with large defects of the ventricular septum have been re-examined and re-catheterized after intervals of three to seven years. Two had infundibular pulmonary stenosis when first seen and two more developed it while under observation none deteriorated. The findings are discussed in relation to the nature of pulmonary hypertension and the timing of surgical procedures. Keywords
