Abstract
2-Amino-5-(N-ethylcarboxamido)-pentanoic acid has been isolated from green tea leaves (Thea sinesis). It has been identified from its extensive spectroscopic data. Acid hydrolysis of the compound gave ethylamine and 2-aminoadipic acid. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
