Abstract
Two patients with AIDS developed paraparesis. Neuropathological post mortem examination in one revealed cytomegalovirus polyradiculopathy, and in the second, vacuolar myelopathy which occurred in association with brain lesions resembling Marchiafava‐Bignami Syndrome.Keywords
