Abstract
To evaluate the incidence of immediate and late complications of routine tracheotomy in children with acute epiglottis, 28 cases were studied and re-examined 5-10 yr after the operation. There were no immediate or late complications, although some children considered the scar to have a disfiguring appearance. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
