Two-Chambered Right Ventricle with Interventricular Septal Defect

Abstract
A description is given of 2 cases of 2-chambered right ventricle with an interventricular septal defect, which were originally incorrectly diagnosed as infundibular pulmonary stenosis. An infundibular operation in 1953 did not relieve the hemo-dynamic abnormalities. The correct diagnosis could be established 10 years later by means of complete catheterization and selective angiocardiography.
