Abstract
Two independent spectral analyses of the Compton scattered x-radiation from metallic lithium have shown that the full width of the line at half maximum intensity is 1·3 ± 0·2 atomic units (without correction for the broadening due to the variation of the scattering angle) in good agreement with theory.Keywords
