Abstract
Quasielastic (e,e’p) cross sections have been calculated with a full partial-wave expansion of both Coulomb-distorted electron waves and distorted proton waves in the framework of the relativistic σ-ω model. Results are compared with those from currently used nonrelativistic approximations and with data. Spectroscopic factors are derived for the valence-proton knockout of and and are compared with predictions from recent theoretical approaches.
