Abstract
The structure of maridomycin II was elucidated as a 16-membered macrolide constituted of 4-O-isovaleryl-L-mycarose, D-mycaminose and macrocyclic aglycone from chemical studies and spectroscopic data. The total structure of maridomycin II was determined as shown from the confirmatory evidence that 9-dehydro maridomycin II was identified with carbomycin A.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
