Abstract
A case of subdural hematoma with subhyaloid hemorrhage, total 3rd nerve paralysis, and a relatively intact state of consciousness showing hemorrhage in the oculomotor nerve was presented. The anatomy, the literature of oculomotor involvement with transtentorial herniation, and the pathogenesis of nerve hemorrhage in this case have been discussed. Keywords
