Abstract
The clinical features and surgical management of 2 patients with neurofibrosarcoma of the duodenum in association with von Recklinghausen's disease are described. The tumours were excised and the resulting duodenal defects closed satisfactorily using the jejunal serosal patch technique. Three such neurofibrosarcomas reported previously in English are reviewed. Keywords
