Abstract
In this paper a parametrization of all stabilizing compensators which assure that closed loop poles lie in prescribed stability regions is presented. Such a parametrization is slightly modified with respect to the one presented by the authors in previous papers in order to achieve sensitivity minimization and simultaneously to provide the designer with a computational technique which allows to compute easily effective stability margin with respect to prescribed regions of the complex plane. Keywords
