Abstract
Inhomogeneous superconductivity in Pr at ≈92 K is observed in surface resistance measurements (at microwave frequencies) and in diamagnetism (Meissner effect) detected by ESR of trace amounts of Cu impurity spins. These observations are interpreted in terms of the oxygen model.
