Abstract
The purification of the iodinated tracers of CCK [cholecystokinin] peptides [CCK 1-39, CCK 30-39, CCK 36-39, Thr34, N-Leu37-CCK] using Sephadex G50 chromatography does not allow for a good separation between non-modified peptides and labeled peptides. A simple and rapid purification method is presented using reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography with a C-18 column for 4 of these tracers. The biological characteristics of the molecules obtained demonstrate their strong specific radioactivity and their high degree of purity. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
